Getting Started

Creating a Tendisha account is the first step toward streamlining your tender management process. The sign-up process is designed to be quick and straightforward.

Creating Your Account

  1. Go to tendisha.com and click Sign Up.
  2. Enter your email address and create a password.
  3. Verify your email via the link sent to your inbox.
  4. Complete onboarding by setting up your organization.

Completing Onboarding

After creating your account, onboarding guides you through essential setup steps:

  • Organization setup — Name, industry, country, and description.
  • Profile setup — Your name, email, and role.
  • Team setup — Invite team members (optional).
  • Company profile — Add services, projects, and certifications.

Dashboard

Opportunities

The Opportunities page is where you add, track, and manage all your tenders. You can enter tender details manually or upload the tender documents.

Adding a Tender

  1. Go to Opportunities and click New Opportunity.
  2. Enter the title, organization, and deadline.
  3. Upload tender documents if available (PDF, DOCX, TXT).
  4. Click Create.

Tender Analysis

Tender Analysis uses AI to read and understand tender documents, extracting structured information such as requirements, evaluation criteria, deadlines, and risks.

Running Analysis

  1. Open the tender detail page.
  2. Click Analyze.
  3. Wait for the AI to process the documents.
  4. Review the results.

Tendisha's Proposal Assistant helps you create professional, winning proposals using AI-powered content generation tailored to each tender's requirements.

Creating a Proposal

  1. Open the tender detail page.
  2. Click Create Proposal.
  3. Choose a template or start from scratch.
  4. Let AI generate sections based on tender requirements.
  5. Edit and refine the content.
  6. Export when ready.
