Each Tendisha plan includes usage limits for various features. Understanding these limits helps you choose the right plan and avoid unexpected interruptions to your workflow.
Common limits
- Opportunities — The number of tenders you can save in your account per month. Higher plans allow more opportunities.
- AI actions — The number of AI-powered operations you can perform, such as tender analysis, proposal generation, and Go/No-Go analysis.
- Proposals — The number of proposals you can create per month.
- Storage — Document and file storage space for uploaded tender documents and company documents.
- Team members — The number of team members you can invite to your organization.
Monitoring your usage
View current usage in Settings > Usage. The usage page shows your current consumption against your plan limits for each metric. If you are approaching a limit, you will see a warning and suggestions for upgrading or purchasing a Tender Pack.
What happens when you reach a limit
When you reach a usage limit, you will see a notification and a prompt to upgrade your plan or purchase a Tender Pack. Some features may be temporarily restricted until you increase your limit. For example, if you reach your AI action limit, you will need to wait until the next billing cycle or upgrade to continue using AI features.
