After creating your account, onboarding guides you through the essential setup steps to ensure Tendisha works optimally for your business. Completing onboarding thoroughly will improve the accuracy of AI-generated proposals and tender analysis.
Onboarding steps
- Organization setup — Enter your company name, select your industry from a comprehensive list, choose your country, and provide a brief description of what your business does. This information helps Tendisha match you with relevant tenders in your sector and region.
- Profile setup — Add your full name, email address, and role within the organization. This personalizes your experience and ensures that notifications and assignments reach the right people.
- Team setup — Invite team members to join your organization. You can assign roles such as Owner, Admin, Editor, or Viewer. Team members can collaborate on proposals, share opportunities, and contribute to the company profile. This step is optional but highly recommended for organizations with multiple users.
- Company profile — Add services you offer, past projects and case studies, team members with their qualifications, certifications, and any relevant documents. The more detail you provide, the better the AI can generate tailored proposals.
Tips for successful onboarding
- Be specific about your services. Instead of "consulting," say "strategic management consulting for healthcare organizations in East Africa."
- Upload logos, capability statements, and past proposals to enrich your company profile.
- Invite team members early so they can contribute to the company profile while you are still setting up.
- Review all information carefully before completing onboarding, as some fields may require admin approval to change later.
You can skip optional steps and complete them later from Settings. However, we recommend completing the Company Profile step as soon as possible, as it directly affects the quality of AI-generated proposals.
