Managing Projects and References

Showcase past projects and case studies.

Last updated: 8/26/2026•0 views

Past projects and case studies are among the most powerful tools in your company profile. They provide evidence of your ability to deliver results, build credibility with potential clients, and give the AI specific examples to reference when generating proposals.

How to add projects

  1. Go to Company Profile > Projects.
  2. Click Add Project.
  3. Enter project details, client, value, and outcomes. Be as specific as possible: include the project name, client name, project value, duration, location, and key outcomes.
  4. Save.

What to include in project entries

  • Project title — A descriptive name for the project.
  • Client — The name of the client or organization you worked for.
  • Description — A brief overview of what the project involved. Explain the challenge, your approach, and the results.
  • Value — The financial value of the project. This demonstrates your capacity to handle projects of different sizes.
  • Duration — How long the project took. This shows your ability to deliver on time.
  • Outcomes — Measurable results. Use numbers wherever possible: percentage improvements, cost savings, time saved, or other quantifiable benefits.
  • Testimonials — Quotes from satisfied clients. A short testimonial from a happy client is one of the most persuasive elements you can include.

Using projects in proposals

When you create a proposal, the AI can automatically reference relevant projects from your profile. By having a rich project history, you ensure that proposals include specific, credible examples of your past success. Regularly update your projects section as you complete new work.
