Services and industries are core components of your company profile. They determine which tenders are a good match for your business and influence the content of AI-generated proposals. Keeping this information accurate and up to date is essential for accurate tender analysis.
How to add services
- Go to Company Profile in the main navigation.
- Click the Services tab.
- Click Add Service and enter the service name, description, and relevant keywords.
- Save changes.
When adding services, think about how clients might describe what you do. Use keywords and phrases that are likely to appear in tender documents. For example, if you provide cloud migration services, include terms like "cloud migration," "AWS," "Azure," "infrastructure modernization," and "cloud transformation."
How to add industries
- Go to Company Profile.
- Click the Industries tab.
- Click Add Industry and select from the list or enter a custom industry.
- Save changes.
Be comprehensive but accurate. Only list industries where you have genuine experience. Listing an industry without the capability to back it up will lead to poor tender matches and proposals that do not win.
Managing existing entries
You can edit or remove services and industries at any time. Changes take effect immediately for new analyses. If you remove a service, tenders that were matched based on that service may no longer appear as matches.
