How to generate content
- Select a section in the proposal editor. Click on any section header to select it. The section will be highlighted, and the AI generate button will become active.
- Click the AI generate button. This opens a dialog where you can provide additional context or instructions for the AI generation.
- Review and edit the generated content. The AI will create a draft based on your company profile, the tenders requirements, and any additional context you provided. Read through the content carefully and make edits to add specifics, correct inaccuracies, and inject your companys unique voice.
Tips for better AI-generated content
- Ensure your Company Profile is complete and up to date. The AI uses your company profile as the primary source of information. The more detail you provide, the better the generated content will be.
- Provide specific context in the generation dialog. Instead of just clicking generate, add notes such as "Emphasize our experience with government projects" or "Highlight our innovative approach to sustainability."
